How to Get Started
So, you want to get started... great! Here's what you need to do:
1- Call, text or stop by at one of the posted "WOD" times on our schedule page.
2- Please show up a few minutes before so you can meet with a coach. You won't be working out with us just yet, but a coach will give you the run down and answer any questions you may have.
3- After that, you will set up your "Foundations" appointments with us. This consists of two one on one or small group sessions with one of our CrossFit Coaches. We will teach you the basic movements, CrossFit lingo, efficiency... everything you need to know in order to join our CrossFit class setting.
4- After your foundations course is complete you are free to attend any of our group class times- just sign in to class through our app and you're ready to start a new journey to become a fitter, faster, stronger version of yourself!
